We have a commitment to our staff to train, develop, encourage and support them. In turn they give a commitment to us to always be reliable, eager to learn and to apply their new skills. It all flows down to our commitment to you.
At UK Fuel Cards Ltd, our team are trained to the highest standards. New recruits are put through a 13 week induction period and participate in ongoing regular advanced training. Many of our team have studied (or are studying) their NVQ Level 2 in contact centre operations, Level 2 BTEC award in contact centre skills and Key Skills training.
‘Continuous Improvement’We work with one common goal and purpose; in order for us to grow and improve the business, we need our team to grow and improve. This is done through the extra training we provide and the time we spend nurturing our team. If we have a stronger team, we have a better product and service to offer. We place our staff at the heart of our business so that they can place you at the forefront.
We know we are very good at what we do. But we always want to do better. The Staff and Management are always looking at ways we can evolve and improve our service.
